Description  Frank got in touch with me about my heat pump which I needed repaired after I loaded an advert on Kandua. He agreed to see me on Thur at 5pm which he no showed for as he was still busy on another job. So we make arrangements to meet at 4pm on Friday and again he no shows! I agree to give him a final chance where he says he doesn’t work on Sunday’s and we agree to meet at 3pm. By 4:15 he has still not arrived and I called him to cancel the job as it’s abundantly clear he is not really interested in the job!!

Feedback  He is not a man of his word as he makes an appointment and then no shows which is really disheartening!
