Feedback  DO NOT USE THIS GUY! Don't be fooled by the good reviews. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR AND HIS TEAM! I am currently trying to get R15k back to fix all the atrocities this guy did to my home. As a single female, he took advantage of me and left with absolute shoddy workmanship. HE HAS NOW GHOSTED ME AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY! I AM EMAILING HIM AND KANDUA AND HE IS REFUSING TO RESPOND OR PAY. I have now had SIX other professionals come in and quote me and inspect his work, THEY HAVE ALL SAID HIS WORK IS NOT UP TO STANDARD AND THEY ARE APPALLED AT WHAT HE DID HERE AND HOW HE LEF THE PLACE. There has been concrete down my kitchen sink plumbing for a week, I cannot wash dishes or clothes, I have to rip out his work and dig into the ground to replace all the plumbing at my own cost. He knows he has left me like this but hes ignored me . He brought two plumbers here and they both messed it up. In fact he blamed me for why the sink was leaking, when I followed all his instructions. • The shower mosaic is wrong , water flows OUT of the shower area, and my bathroom is flooded daily. • The toilet is leaking, • The shower door is leaking, • the cabinet is hacked at the inlets and the new pipes I paid for are damaged and looks burnt, • the stove is crooked, 5cm off center, • the tap is the wrong way around , • skirting tiles have been placed in all different directions, • the kitchen cupboard is 1cm off and slanted, so the tiling is now off too, • inside shelves are hacked off and left jagged. My oven isnt working, it worked fine before them. I bake for a living, I am now LOSING INCOME BECAUSE OF HIM AND HES IGNORING ME • the list goes on.... THIS PERSON IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIOAL AND EVIL TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS AND LEAVE THEM STRANDED. I am yet to hear from him. He hasnt replied to me yet from last week! I have photos and I had 6 inspectors who are almost 30 years in the business who looked at it. They laughed and said they are shocked at how he works. WE CAN'T ALL BE WRONG. I have all this in black and white and photographed, I have nothing to hide. This guy is a fly by night, do not trust him. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. It’s a shame you cant add photos here, I could show you all what absolutely poor work he has left me with! You may as well go to a roadside and find a builder to help you, their work would be better. I've had to ask him to redo so much when he was here and his communication is bad, he laid the wrong tiles at my cost twice, and he redid so many obvious things that a professional should know. He is ignoring my refund request, This amount I have had multiple quotes on. This is the cost to redo his bad work, it is what it is. I am not responsible to fit the bill for his bad work. They all need to rip out his shoddy work and redo it . I am shocked at this person and the only reason I am posting this is because he left me NO choice, hes ghosted me and ignored my emails to him and Kandua, I hope no one else uses him and suffers like this. We trust these professionals and they take advantage of our understanding. I treated Gift with patience and gave him full access to my empty home for the whole month if he needed it, there is no reason for this type of thing to happen. I paid him on time and bought any other parts and materials he needed immediately. I am sorely disappointed that someone like this can be on this platform, do the wrong thing and refuse to be accountable for it! As a professional, these things NEVER should’ve been left this way. Ever. If I can see it , then his team of 4 can see it, they just left it substandard knowingly and left with my money.

He will smile and lie to you then damage your home. He has caused thousands of rands of damages, denied it, and ghosted me, he is also ignoring Kandua's efforts to contact him. Kandua cannot protect you when he deceives you, they have no liberty to do so, so he runs away knowing this! DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON. I HOPE HE SEES THIS AND FINALLY REPLIES TO US! Feedback  This guy came to my house and looked like someone I can trust. We discussed the scope and agreed on quote. I made the payment for materials. When he started working he began changing the things we had agreed on, I.e. not putting steel legs. The first red flag which annoyed was to find guys using my family fridge to put their without anyones permission. I made a mistake by talking there. At first his workmanship looked fine and when he began putting doors the problem started and he didn't want me to correct him. The next thing he wanted me to add more money on what we initially agreed on, I asked him to provide all invoices of what he already purchased and we will take it from there, he never did instead he absconded without finishing and fixing several other mistakes. The guy stole some of my material, the counter top that reminded, he knew very well that i wanted to use that for bathroom vanities. Worse when they left they stole my wife's Tupperware. I told him about this and after a while he got send back via courier. But counter never came back. Don't use this guy if you have big project and you don't issues. I give more than enough time to come and fix his mess and he decided to ignore me. I abviously have no other option for items stolen to involve law enforcement.
