Description  He built the house for me startig from the ground with foundation, slabs, building walls, electrical and plumbing installtions, roofing, tiling, plastering and painting. This company is very much affordable and result oriented i like their approach.

Feedback  Golden and his teams knows and understands building works very well, it was my first but i was very much satisfied with the workmaship, time management and communication between us. The house looks very same as on drawn on plan. I won't hesistate to hire them again for any building i might have again.

Description  1 Installed curtain rod in one bathroom 2 Removed and trimmed existing bathroom doors so that they can open without moving the bathroom carpets 3 Removed and replaced 3 x cylinder door locks and handles 4 Removed and replaced garage cupboard's hydraulic arm and ensured it will close by adding magnetic door stops 5 Expertly removed and installed new external door, lock and oiled the door 6 Installed awning above the new external door 7 Sanded and oiled 8 x external wooden window frames 8 Fixed verge tiles and brandering and then put up new burge boards 9 Installed new ceiling rhinorite and cornices on patio, and painted ceiling. Re-installed new fan light once ceiling was done 10 Fireplace sanding, applied rust converter and painted it matt black 11 Sanding and applying rust converter on 2 outside gates and double garage doors 12 Replace weathered and broken patio shelf with beautiful wooden shelf 13 Repaired existing shoe shelf runners

Feedback  The team arrived at 08h00 every day and started working immediately. They worked until 17h00 every day and on 2 days even until 18h30 and 20h00 respectively in order to complete the jobs they were busy with at the time. They also completed all the above work 2 days earlier than expected - there was never any slacking about. Every team member knew exactly what to do and they really work well together. I will definitely contact Golden for future jobs - painting of my house interior and installation of a car port. This is an excellent work team, very trustworthy and capable of the jobs required.

Description  Fixed and painted my roof and installed gutters, added a geo pipe and tiled, installed balustrades, installed laminate flooring

Feedback  Roof is looking much better, no leaks, gutters are installed and water is flowing, tiling is neat, balustrades need more skill

Builder

Description  He was hired to fix a veranda ceiling and roof.

Feedback  The team started off well, but self imposed deadlines resulted in poor workmanship. - Certain tasks had to be handled by outside help. Although the team were nice, the work itself was not satisfactory.

Handyman

Description  He spray painted mirror frame and hung it as well as hanging other pictures

Door Specialist

Description  He made a hole in the wall equivalent to the door measure and installed a door frame and a door to sit with. Painted the wall with the exact colour matching the existing one and cleaned up all the dust and rubble.

Feedback  He is a Pro. No doubt about that. He guided me with the best ways to implement the project and the final output was excellent.

Description  He changed light fittings, hung up pictures and mirrors as well as curtain tie backs and other ornaments. He also fixed a fountain

Feedback  He communicated well and did everything as required. Was very precise and accepted constructive criticism. Overall, him and his colleague were very professional, highly committed - they chose to leave only when the task was complete, and very pleasant and smart.

Description  He built the house that I stay in which is a three-bedroom house and a garage.

Feedback  The service I got from them was very good. I gave them a timeline of one year but they completed the work in about 6 to 8 months. The work was outstanding and their workmanship is very good I was happy with their services because they did exactly what I asked them to do.
