Description  Stove door’s bracket slid out of socket .As this happened a second time he advised me to get to the root of the problem. Although it was a mission the problem was eventually found. Then to get hold of the needed part was a challenge…… but he succeeded. I really appreciated the fact that kept me on board all the time. He also made sure that every part was clean before it was put back where it belongs. Certainly a job well done!!
