This man is a criminal. Please do not book him for any work or you will be throwing your hard earned money in the bin!

Description  The only thing that was on time was his quotes and request for the deposits. He attempted to start, requesting a hefty deposit and has done nothing. Never used this individual. Unreliable, not at all to be trusted. He avoids taking calls, avoids answering WhatsApp messages, will read them, but fails to respond.

Description  Christo Bouwer is a wanted man. Don’t book him for any job. He will run away with your money

Feedback  He did half the job, poorly, then he says he needs to go get more material to fix it but never came back. It’s been 4 months now. The police and my lawyers are looking for him. If it’s jade kitchens, woodworx or any other company with Christo Bouwer, don’t use them.

Feedback  Do not use this company. Or any company associated with Christo Bouwer such as CB Woodworx and Magnolia Kitchen and Renovations. My father contacted him last year June to renovate his house and his kitchen. Christo promised it would take 8 weeks to complete. A year later it is still not done. Here is what happened: 1. He started the renovations then after a few weeks his team stopped coming (there was no supervision for his team at all resulting in poor workmanship), 2. My father contacted him and he said he has other jobs; 3. Eventually he came back and said he made a mistake and under -quoted him. My father said no problem, amend your quote; 4. My father PAID HIM IN FULL (in fact he overpaid him); 5. His team came for a few days and then did not show up for the rest of 2021; 6. My father has been contacting Christo regularly asking for them to come and complete the work; 7. In fact my father, at 70, has now begun repairing the poor workmanship himself as he cannot afford to pay anyone else, such as fixing roof leaks and skew walls, 8. Christo sent his employee once about a month ago, the employee was unable to do any work as "he forgot his tools at home" and has never been back; 9. My father has contacted him and been patient and polite and now Christo has blocked him. 10. Christo even went as far as to ask my father to pay his employees wages 😱 11. My dear father keeps believing that honesty and integrity will prevail. Shame on you! I hope you are truly proud of taking excessive amounts of money from a 70 year old man, who now is a few years further away from retirement because of your unscrupulous conduct. To reiterate, it's a year later, Christo has been paid in full and the work has still not been completed. Christo, you must be so proud getting paid to do nothing. Well-done.

Feedback  Jade Kitchens helped me with kitchen cupboard installations. They did a great job for me and l loved the fact that they had their cleaners who cleaned after them on a daily basis. My project took them about 3 days and it was done according to our agreement. I loved working with them because they communicated with me effectively whenever they were having delays and they were open to attend to any call backs. I would recommend them based on the good experience l had with them.
