Feedback  Andrew has done an absolutely excellent job, he finished up my kids bathroom and did wall installations, he worked on the ceilings and evening out walls. I wasn't happy about one small thing he did and Andrew changed it immediately with a smile. He arrived on site at the agreed time everyday and in the event he couldn't he always alerted me the day before. He did many other small things and I'm very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Feedback  Andrew was a pleasure to work with. Always on time and his team members were also friendly and reliable. Andrew is also eat to communicate with and I gladly recommend his building services.

Description  He turned our patio into a dinning room.

Feedback  He was very lovely and experienced though I felt that he needs to get more reliable and senior team members who will not require to much monitoring and who will be more organised. He was a bit distracted as my neighbors offered him a job and was trying to impress us both but after we had a talk with him about it he gave my project all his attention. His communication was great and very respectful and he was always willing to listen to what we needed. I feel he needs to get more training on his quoting as he under quoted and give a more itimised quote.

Description  He replaced a door for my kitchen.

Feedback  I was comfortable with the pricing even before knowing the quality and standard of his workmanship and he exceeded my expectations. He went all out, he went and bought the door, sand and vanish it and hung it for me.

Feedback  His workmanship is brilliant and talking to him was a breeze, but I would have liked to get constant feedback on what he was doing. He also needs to work on his pricing to market related rates.

Description  He fixed our cracked walls by using metal strips and he plastered the walls.

Feedback  I was very happy with the work but found it a bit difficult to communicate with him.

Description  He installed the glass door, raised the door opening by roughly a brick and a half in height and plastered work.

Feedback  He was very professional and he understood the task that i needed him to do. Considering that I did not get any other quotes quotes I would say that his quote was between average and good. I will be making use of him again early in the year for my garage door.

Description  Andrew helped me out by knocking out a wall, my outside awning, he also ripped out my kitchen and bedroom cubboards. He replastered certain walls and fix up my ceiling where needed. He also did two sets of brick paving and cleared all of the rubble afterwards. All in 3 days!

Feedback  It is the first time that I have experienced a builder finishing the job ahead of schedule. Andrew and his team work to finish. He needed no supervision and toke no short cuts. He's friendly and approachable and will move heaven and earth to satisfy. He's my man. I will also resort to him when needed. Mightily impressive.

Description  He put in tubs for me in the bathroom, the basement and he also put in the basin in my kitchen. He also helped build two of my houses and he also did some tiling and fixed a door hanging that was quite an issue to fix.

Feedback   I can only say good things about him. He does a good job, he is always willing to work, he is well-spoken. He always takes the initiative to do something that needs to be done, he doesn't wait for me to ask him to do it. He is also quite quick in finishing his jobs and he does them to perfection.

Description  I've worked worked with him on various projects for the past 4/5 years, where he has done some building, plaster work and tiling.

Feedback  He's a very good guy, a hard worker, he's very friendly, open and trustworthy. His work is always done to perfection. His also affordable because he gives me quotations but is still willing to negotiate his prices. I still call him whenever I need work to be done. We've become very good friends as well.

Description  He has done a lot of work for me over the past year and half. He's done different jobs such as building, painting inside and outside my house, renovating a flat, he built a set of stairs and a generator holding. He's also done various other electrical, plumbing and tiling jobs as well. competent, knows a lot,

Feedback  He's very good to work with, he's competent, highly knowledgeable, always cleans up after himself. I actually have him on a retainer and we have an agreement on how much I pay him for his work and we are both satisfied with that agreement. I always call him whenever I need some work to be done.

Description  He built an entire flat and also did the tiling, painting, bathroom installation and other small plumbing work for me.

Feedback  This was most probably the biggest on going project we gave him and he was outstanding. He would have finished pretty fast as well however my husband is always away so he would have to wait for him to return. He is extremely clean and I feel he should have charged us more than what he did . He is an excellent painter , an excellent with rhino lighting installation and I loved that he is always willing to go the extra mile.

Description  He fixed a messed up structure from another contractor, roofing and tiling

Feedback  He is a much older guy that knows his work very well. He is always on site to inspect his workers and always gives constant feedback. He is not after money at all, he is always ready to negotiate on pricing. I've referred him many times to family and friends and they have also being happy with him. Not one have I had complaints about him.
