Description  After receiving a full brief and and accepting to do the complete job. Remove and replace tiles, plumbing, new patio and roofing

Feedback  After all the tilers were from the steet corner and wasted 40% the flouting on the slab was pathetic. The roof is a dissater and too flat. The sheeting is a mess. Not completed the job and has drawn 98% of the funds.

Cost  R2600

Description  Was supposed to install a door.

Feedback  I paid a deposit of R1300 and we agreed on an installation date. The door is stil not installed and it is more than a month. Don't trust this guy!

Carpenter

Cost  He requested a deposit of R 2900

Description  I asked Johan to fix our braai area

Feedback  He took the deposit but never did the work :(

Cost  He asked for R5800.00

Description  He quoted to repair my cupboard doors

Feedback  DONT USE Johan Meyer! BEWARE!!!!!!! He asked for a 80% deposit to do my cupboard doors and never came.!! Johan Meyer is a thief !!

Description  He didn't turn up despite many requests

Feedback  Was supposed to supply and fit backdoor. He requested 50% deposit which I transferred and then it was one excuse after another. I gave him another chance today saying if he did not turn up then I would respond to this progress request.

Description  He does a lot of fitments, renovations and installations for us on a small scale as an outsourced service provider.

Feedback  I own two major construction companies and we typically centre around large construction ventures, however whenever we have construction jobs from a more minor perspective which will be a lot on our plate to administer we generally subcontract Johan to do them for us. Johan is a professional in a ton of construction work. He does tiling, fitment, home renovations to refer to however a couple. He has been working with us for quite a while and he has unendingly demonstrated that he is entirely dependable and very efficient. He has never given us the motive to doubt his abilities, all our customer that he has done some work for have all given incredible feedback. I highly recommend Johan he is a specialist and skilled artisan.

Description  He fitted a sliding door.

Feedback  He did the work professionally and promptly, I was absolutely satisfied with his service. In terms of his rates, based on a comparison I did with his counterparts, his were so reasonable. I got great service from him, I do recommend him.

Description  He fitted my bedroom cardboards.

Feedback  His was a hundred per cent perfect I had no problem. Everything was just very good, he was a professional.
