Feedback  We hired Johnross to do the house plans for an extension that we wanted to be done to our house. He helped us every step of the way, from the house plans getting approved to the approval of the building itself. Compared to the quotes that we had sourced at the time, he was the better option and we were able to negotiate a good rate with him. He gave us good advice as the idea that we had was not going to work, he came with a more viable solution and he kept us in the loop regarding the progress of the project, from start to finish.

Feedback  Johnross was hired to draw plans for a renovation at our church, he is also overseeing the execution of the plans. He has brought in his own guys to do the work with our guys, they have done painting, complete flooring and a lot of renovations. His prices are a little high but the workmanship is beautiful, I do not mind paying extra. So far he has been reliable and punctual and we have had no issues. His cleanliness and the way he operates is very nice.

Feedback  We hired Johnross to design our home. We had sourced quotes and what he offered us and charged us made more sense than the other architects, he offered us the full package. He is reliable and prepared to go the extra mile, he assisted us when we were in a predicament. He comes across as an open and honest person what you see, is what you get. He delivers on what he promises, we had a pleasant experience with him.
