Feedback  I sub-contract Jonathan to do a lot of building work for me. We have been working together for the past 5 to 6 years. He has been very good, efficient and trustworthy. I have never had a situation whereby clients call me to come back and fix something where Jonathan was working. He knows his work very well. I recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

Cost  R 6000.00 labor only for two rooms.

Description  He extended my 4 roomed house to 8 rooms.

Feedback  Jonathan is a great and humble guy. He extended my house and he only took 2 weeks to complete the job. He was very punctual and tidy. His prices are affordable, bearing in mind that l only paid him R 6 000.00 for constructing 2 rooms: he did painting, plastering, tiling and everything involving building. I was highly satisfied with his work.

Cost  R200 per day

Description  He did woodwork at a bar at Braamfontein, he does't usually do woodwork but I usually teach him how to do the job.He did several carpentry work for me in Parktown. He did painting for a friend and she was happy with his work.

Feedback  I am not sure about tidiness because someone else cleans after their mess, not how I do business but maybe that is the way they do. I clean up when the job is done.His woodwork finishing is not that impressive but It okay since it isn't his trade and he is still learning. I use him when I need an extra hand.His trade however is painting and he does and excellent work in it. I would use him for more jobs if I had them.

Cost  We pay him 250 per day and he has done a project worth R750 000

Description  He did bricklaying, plastering, painting, ceiling, floor, pavement, waterproofing, roofing, a kitchen oven outside in the garden and a fire-pit.

Feedback  He is a punctual person, neat and always gets there on time. He does a good job.

Description  All tiling work for a house in a complex.

Feedback  Jonathan is brilliant at what he does. He isn't one of those finiky heavy brick layers. He's really great at tiling round corners and all. He works with a team and he does all the tiling and cutting. He stayed with us during the construction he's a really polite guy and well worth it.
