Feedback  I'm in disbelief with the good reviews seen on Joe's page. Alot happened on my property 1 .Reckless tree cutter 2. They broke my sand filter- denied that they didn't break the whole thing- STILL NOT FIXED 3. Joe wasn't on site day 1 and his workers asked for R3000 and I had to do the admin of checking with Joe on this Cash send option as I was under pressure to pay these guys despite my sand filter bring broken 4. Upon whatsapp I asked if the guys will put my precast back up as I could see when removing the tree the wall will shift- He said " I can do the whole job" 5. Had to get a contractor for the wall R3k later I didn't budget for and the tree fellers didn't care or try show interest in my wall. 6. The same precast contractor spoke these tree fellers of Joe to fix the sand filter however due to miscommunication the whole thing wasn't fixed and I didn't get a guarantee. Despite whatsapp to Joe Thursday to get it fixed through his insurance. 7. From 8am to 5pm they did 3 loads to the dumpste so it took over 2 hrs every load?? 8. Joe and staff came to my property to shout at me and my parter about the issues we had! Alot of tall however I have proof! They demanded the rest of the payment even though my sand filter isn't working 9. They left my property with logs in my yard on Friday as I refused to give the rest of payment until I was satisfied. Joe acted very unprofessional and allowed his staff to do the same to us. These guys just want to get paid! And saw a young couple and thought they could take advantage . Logs on my yard and a broken sand filter is way more cost incurred than what I needed to pay him back! Terrible service! And Kandua was a joke to him when I mentioned that they advised I don't pay the rest until all is fixed!
