They got to understand our exact requirements by engaging me and asking for information on our energy usage. They designed a 6 panel system, complete with an inverter and batteries to meet the needs of my family. Installation was done by their installers, on the promised dates and times. I must say that I am very impressed – the whole installation looks very neat. They were able to answer all the questions that we had. We are now able to ride through the load shedding durations without any adverse impact on our day-to-day activities. The after-sales service is also fantastic.
