Description  He was installing brackets for rod style curtain rails.

Feedback  He accepted a job he had never done before and there were many trial and errors that wasted my time. The job ended up taking way too long. I had to ask him to leave on the 1st day as it got late and asked that he comes back the next day with someone who knows how to do the work. A lot of corrections had to made and I had to constantly supervise him and give him directions on what to fix, which was obvious and didn’t me pointing out, but he thought it was acceptable. He didn’t bring the correct tools on the first day. He drilled on top of my stuff and there was dust all over it. He could have ask me to remove or cover what the dust was getting to. He eventually admitted that he had never done the job before. I ended up just asking him to mount the brackets only. Still paid him the full price, which I believe was too much considering the work done and half the scope ended up not being done.

Feedback  Keane is a wonderful person to work with. We have used him a couple of times at our factory for the general maintenance work. He has assisted up with plumbing, electrical work, appliance repairs, butcher curtains installation, network cabling and IT work. We have also used him for deliveries. He is an excellent worker, very professional, well mannered, respectful and he is always willing to learn. He is extremely trustworthy and I feel very comfortable giving him my vehicle, stock or even leaving him alone at my factory. I would recommend him anytime to anyone.
