Feedback  I was not at all happy with Kennedy’s professionalism . He would call incessantly after I requested the quote even though I said I’d get back to him. Then when he came round to do the work, he didn’t fix all the problems correctly. When my tenant and I said that the problem wasn’t actually sorted out he tried to charge me extra for actually fixing the issue which should have been fixed first time round. He blamed the wrong diagnosis of the problem on my tenant even though HE was supposed to be the professional and the story kept changing. Job was eventually done but the lack of professionalism and taking accountability was displeasing.

Feedback  Honestly speaking, Kennedy has done some spectacular roofing work for me. He is a great guy, but only when it comes to roofing. Every other services when it comes to building he needs to up his game. He has issues with tidiness. Sometimes he would not pitch for work and sends his guys to wok unsupervised. I had to get off my busy schedule to attend to them. The guy has some personal issues when it comes to financial management. There were several times that I had to fork out extra money just for him to pay off his guys so that they can come to work. I would recommend him without hesitation, but only for roofing.
