Description  Fit Generator

Feedback  Kyle from Alspark was hired to fit my generator. Initially he was reliable and I thought had done a good job until I had to call in another electrician due to the fact that it would not switch back over to mains once the electricity was back on (twice). I then had to get another electrician to diagnose what the problem was. He then disconnected the set up because the switch over was faulty. In fairness to Kyle, he eventually returned to try and fix the switch. Later I discovered that he'd connected my generator on the wrong side of my Eskom board, meaning that every time I ran the generator I was not only paying for petrol but for Eskom units on all our prepaid meters as well. I was told by my other electrician that the generator was connected incorrectly (as explained above). When confronted with this Kyle became defensive and refused to accept that this was the incorrect way to fit the generator. Additionally, I have requested a certificate for the work and still haven't received it. I would not recommend Kyle as an electrician.
