Description  He unblocked a drain

Feedback  He was late and did not bring his tools with him, he had to go collect them and he took much longer again to return. However the work was done and the drain is unblock now.

Description  I am the caretaker at Oak Mansions. He has been doing work for us for the past year. He does all the plumbing maintenance - things were left to rundown before I arrived, so he's fixing it up.

Feedback  I do trust him. I have used him for a while, nothing goes amiss. He does good, quality work. After he does his job, he doesn't rush me for money - I appreciate that. I've only used him for a year, but I am happy with all the work he has done up to now.

Feedback  Ladwick is excellent. He has worked for me and my husband from many years ago. He is a plumber by trade but has been doing all other work for us. He is the only contractor that i use to do everything plumbing building renovations waterproofing. He is affordable, reliable, takes a call on the weekend and sends his guys immediately to fix a problem. He can do everything and if he can't he will send someone who can do the job perfectly and are highly reccommendable from electricians to guys to redo my cupboards. I highly recommend him
