Description  Tau came in to remove some aluminum window shutters and frames for us to waterproof underneath. He than had to replace and reseal.

Feedback  Always punctual, told us what he needed, good clean work and all back in place and looking good.

Cost  His initial quote was for R7000, but as he did some changes I paid an extra R1200.

Description  He had a great start and finished most of the work within 3 days. We ran into a challenge when they did the roof, and he came up with a compromise plan, which was started on Saturday, but he said they need the waterproofing to dry first before the tidying up can be done. This still has to be done.

Feedback  His suggestions re changes were sound and I agreed to most of them. At the same time he was prepared to listen to my feedback as well. The roof was not quite up to my expectations but he misunderstood about adding that into the job, so it became a rushed job. The final test will be if/when the roof pass the waterproofing test, and the paint marks can be cleaned off.

Paver

Description  He relevelled the brick paving in my yard which had been affected by tree roots.

Feedback  I am a contractorr, and I subcontracted Laeson to do concrete work, establish flooring, establish the beams, and did an excellent job. Recently he installed a wooden deck at my house which was quite complicated and it required some foundation work and concrete work and he did it alone and showed a high level of expertise. He is skilled and can be trusted to start and finish within the agreed time, and I was impressed with his quality of work. He is an excellent service provider, and I can recommend d his services.
