Due to a 4 day power outage, I was unable to actively access data on this contractor. He does not forewarn you that he charges a call out fee. It's disappointing that contractors do not alert potential clients that they must be prepared to cough up cash. Is there an ethical standpoint about not declaring the call out fee when making arrangements with clients???
