Description  He was supposed to install curtain rails for me. This would have been the third time I had worked with him. After quoting he changed the price twice. And then told me he couldn't come on the agreed date because he had spent my deposit on something else and could no longer buy materials. Right before he was finally supposed to coming he tried to convince me to take a different installation that we had not agreed to. When I said I would rather leave it. He refused to give me my deposit back even though he was the unprofessional one.

Feedback  If you can't meet the customers needs, just refuse the job. Also, don't spend deposits on other peoples jobs expecting people will just understand.

Description  Arrived quickly and ready to work. Very professional. Fair price. very neat job on painting. Left area clean and took the extra step of oiling the hinges on my gate. Even though the work involved welding and put new mounting brackets on the gate. Very good job they did. I'm satisfied with Earthly company. I recommend them.
