Description  Did not meet Ledwin personally but his guys did a splendid job. I underestimated the load but they pulled through. Left the yard neat and tidy. One hiccup: we did not discuss the location of the rubble in the yard and it meant extra pt for the guys. They never complained and I can refer them with confidence. Best of luck in future Ledwin.

Feedback  Ledwin must have given the job to his friend because there was a Fanwelk there who was in charge. Everyone was just standing around and doing very little work, I was not impressed. I paid them on the second day so that they could just leave.

Description  Ledwin first assisted with a general clean up job which he did remarkable well. He was on time, cleared the area and cleaned the area and took away all the rubbish. I was so impressed that I asked him to quote for a second job involving a garden clean up

Description  He tried to fix the leakage onthe roof but still got a leak. Not finished his job. Undesirable.

Cost  The quotation was completely fair (I would say, lower than any other quotation that I received) and it was my decision to pay them more than what they quoted. This is for service excellence, which they deserve.

Description  Collected a 4-ton truck full of garden refuse.

Feedback  The team arrived an hour earlier than what I expected. This helped me a great deal, as they left the premises, completely cleaned up, long before anybody had to use the road to go to work. The team had protective gear (heavy-duty gloves; tarpaulin to pick up a ton of cuttings with long thorns, and left the site in a completely clean condition. The entire team was friendly, energetic and a pleasure to work with. They understood my instructions and performed very well.
