Feedback  I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed by the reviews and recommendations I received from Kandua because I thought Lesiba was a honourable and reliable person with experience. It turns out that he is just a scammer who sells people ideas and scams them of their money. Just like the other lady who gave a review about Lesiba I’m not going to dwell much on the issues because same this that happened to the lady that gave the review of poor service I received the same. He made me pay a lot of money for material that he didn’t deliver most of it I now ended up paying another person to complete my kitchen as he left the work at 20% after that he has been giving me stories and lies. We started the project in December and it’s still not completed and he now vanished with my money and my material. Please don’t fall into the trap like me and the other lady did this man is a scammer and very horrible.

Cost  70% of quote of R90000 which was R63000.00 + R5980.00 extra for a change in colour = R68980.00 - What An Absolute Waste of Hard Earned Money!

Description  I chose to work with a carpenter who had some decent reviews on Kandua but I have been falsely led by those reviews. I don't believe any of them to be true after experiencing first hand how unprofessional and incompetent Lesiba actually is. So, we agreed to his quote for new kitchen units with Eezi Quartz stone counter tops and stone cut sinks in February this year based on my kitchen drawings and his measurements on site. A huge 70% deposit was then made on the 01 March 2023 for which I have NOT received a completed kitchen, nor is the work delivered of any decent industry standard. Lesiba is generally unreliable, full of excuses, a poor communicator if any at all, has delivered very poor workmanship of cupboards - (a large shelf already fell down), he does not deliver on the promise agreed to + paid for, he cannot provide a date of completion and cannot manage staff or money received. I would never recommend using him for any services whatsoever. I have learnt a huge lesson here by trusting false reviews and the word of an artisan.

Feedback  After almost 4 months of time wasted here, Lesiba has failed to complete my kitchen as per our agreed rate and time and has done so in a very unprofessional manner. Lesiba's team of 2 started work and promised to be completed within 3 weeks before April. He + his 2 team mates didn't pitch up the whole of April and most of May and then he came back as a one man show to try complete my kitchen after numerous attempts to reach him and numerous excuses from him. We are in Mid-June 2023 and I still don't have a completed kitchen. He is now giving me the run around that he cannot get the stone as per the price we agreed and that I should choose something cheaper that I didn't agree to which would compromise on the design and quality. This is really unacceptable and shows yet again his level of competency. Just as a summary of where we are in terms of work - The units, with finishes are not completed and the quality of work is very poor for the price I paid. -our kitchen is missing some pocket styled doors, -kick plates are not installed at all, -stone tops and stone sinks are missing and unobtainable at the price we agreed, and to top it off there is no response from his side as to what he will be doing to get me the stone tops I paid for. -the plaster off the corners of my walls are ripped due to very poor cupboard side board installation, -the 6 x pot drawer sliders are not as we agreed- they are too stiff - not soft closers and will need to be replaced, -the joints and edging strips are unsightly with glue everywhere like an amateur did them - so unprofessional - Yet He promised upfront to have all my boards cut and finished in his factory but ended up cutting everything here at my home using my electricity, water etc for months. I paid for professional finished doors and cupboards and received a dog's breakfast! -There is a screw piercing through a finished high gloss pot draw panel making a hole in the new panel, -He placed a bin unit right next to my stove on the island & I requested it to placed next to the prep bowl sink. Who ever heard of a bin unit in the island right next to a stove? Who mixes functionality of cooking food with refuse? This list is much longer but you get the just of where we are after almost 4 months. I am highly dissatisfied and will never recommend Lesiba for any work whatsoever. He is unreliable, never punctual (starts work at 10:30 if he even pitches up), many times he doesn't pitch up at all for days and weeks without any reason or he just has excuses. You have to chase after him to finish your work. He has failed to provide a fully functional kitchen and I cannot use it at all in the state which it is now. I have a 7 month old baby and have been without a kitchen for at least 3 months longer than I have needed to be thanks to such a poor service rendered by Lesiba. I will have to find someone reliable to complete the shoddy work done for the kitchen units + complete my counter tops.

Feedback  I was very happy with the good work that Lesiba did for me. I never had any problems or issues with his workmanship.

Description  He installed kitchen cabinets in my kitchen.

Feedback  Lesiba installed kitchen cabinets in my kitchen. It took him two and a half weeks to complete the job. His prices were very reasonable. He came to work on time. I trust him and l will give him another job in future if l have one.

Feedback  Lesiba installed kitchen cabinets and bedroom wardrobes for me in my house. It took him about a week to complete the work because sometimes l was not at home. His prices were very reasonable and thats why l chose to work with him. I also chose to work with him because of how good his work is. His work is excellent. He came to work early always, and he would leave late. He is very reliable. I trust him a lot. There is a time that l left him alone for two days with his guys so that they could work.

Feedback  Lesiba worked for me as a sub contractor. He was designing kitchen cabinets and installing kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes and tv stands. His pricing was very reasonable and normally we would meet with the client, discuss then work with his/her budget. He came to work on time. I trust him and l have worked with him on so many projects. The work was done in all kinds of places complexes, estates, stand alone houses e.t.c. We also did the work in many places around Johannesburg.
