Feedback  Lovemore and his team came to cut down quite a few big trees in my yard. They did what they were supposed to do, removed everything and cleaned up my yard thoroughly after their work. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. The quality of their work was superb and the pricing was very fair for the work they did. Would recommend them to anyone.

Description  I requested root removal of 3 trees. He cut the 3 trees, poisoned 2 and no root removal.

Feedback  I am very disappointed in the service received. I requested root removal of 3 trees. One admittedly could not be removed due to wall proximity so was cut and poisoned. Of the other two, one was cut and poisoned, the other was 'removed' only later to be found out that the root had just been covered with sand and not removed. My garden irrigation piping was damaged in the process, disrupting the water supply to my entire unit. Lovemore has not responded to my messages about fixing the damage and I have had to get another contractor in to do so. He is good at cutting trees and removing the waste, but would not recommend for anything more.

They came to cut down my palm trees and all the work was completed on time. They cleaned up the site and made sure that there was no mess left.
