Feedback  I use Malex properties for the maintenance of my rental properties, they have done some plumbing, roofing, fumigation, handy work, all sorts of stuff and maintenance of the properties, inside and out. They have all sorts of artisans on their team, a plumber, a builder, which is why they can do all these different types of jobs Their pricing is reasonable and they are very efficient. I have had no comebacks from their work which is a big thing for me and I am still giving them more work.

Their prices are extremely reasonable and they provide a good service, they are well supervised, they have a good team and they are very punctual

Feedback  Malex Projects are very good at what they do, I have not been disappointed. They have done some plumbing work and fixed damp on my wall so far. Their prices are very competitive, they don't charge a call-out fee, and they don't charge for a quotation. The quality of their work is good and their follow up is good because we had a problem after they were finished with a job that was not their fault and they came to fix the problems for free. They are reliable, trustworthy and punctual, they did not take long to complete the job. The owner was there to supervise and they are professional.
