Description  He knocked out a single inner wall and had to do wall and floor tiling

Feedback  He promised and agreed he could do the good well. Lied about doing the job with a proper builder and do tiling himself. He did half the work and was very very untidy and did a poor job, had an assistant that he was teaching on site who never knew tiling. Damaged newly installed cupboards and mixed white grouting in a cement containment. Have wall tiles with big holes in the grouting and very bad workmanship.When questioned about poor quality work and damages he became very violent and verbally and racially abusive. He extorted money from us for work not completed and insisted we pay immediately. This man is a liar and can be very abusive. Do not trust him with any jobs. He is a chancer.

Feedback  The work was neat and accurate. No supervision required, he knows exactly what he is doing. He was thorough and a perfectionist.

Feedback  Fantastic job. He brought two people with to assist with the job. Managed them well and made sure work was top notch. He is accurate on material usage which made planning easier to buy grout etc ahead of time. Already confirmed to use him again for our next project as we were very happy with this one.

Description  Manuel has worked for me as a sub contractor for the last 3 years. He is one of the most skilled tillers I have seen - from tiling to wall cladding. I have never had any come-backs on jobs where he has worked.

Feedback  I have only had good experiences with Manuel. The only challenge is the fact that he has not got his own transport.

He always asks questions so as to make sure that he does what his client wants. I was very satisfied with his service. I recommend him to anyone looking for a tiler. He is the go to man!!
