Feedback  Mark Mohan upgraded my house plan and he submitted the upgraded plan to the municipality for approval. This took place during COVID lockdown so the process was a bit slow, but there were no red flags on his part. He updated me throughout the process as I didn't have to follow up on him. I chose him because of his level of professionalism and I felt more comfortable because he was really committed to his job. I recommend him.

He has context of the work, charges reasonable prices, and I was very happy about his work. I was a bit skeptical about using him but he proved to be affordable. I recommend him to others.

Feedback  I was quite pleased with the plan he designed for my house. The house is on the progress of being built and its coming out beautiful. When he was in the process of designing the house, he would ask some things that he wouldn't understand or he was not sure of so that he makes sure that he would deliver exactly what I wanted. It is quality work, his quote was reasonable compared to other service providers. I can highly recommend him.
