Feedback  Marvelous was hired by my church to erect a steel structure and walls of our church, he basically built the church. I thought that his pricing was reasonable and I have referred him to some church members. I had a plan of what wanted from him and he did exactly what I requested, he came to every meeting that I called and he stuck to my timeline. Marvelous is a hard worker, always focused and he did very well, I worked very well with him, he did not give me any challenges.

Description  Built an entertainment room

Feedback  Marvelous was referred to me by a friend, I then went to go take a look at two houses that he has built, including my friend's house and I was happy with his work, hence me hiring him. He built an entertainment room from scratch, he even did the plastering, ceiling and burglar bars. His pricing was reasonable, much better than the previous contractor that I had. What I liked about Marvelous was that he was very hands-on, he was on site every day and he doesn't delegate and he has his own truck, so if the material is running low, he goes out immediately to buy it, he does not wait until it is finished. He was reliable, punctual for work, and he is a hard worker. His craftsmanship is so good that I asked him to fix the roof on the main house, a job that was done by my previous contractor and that was failed by an inspector.
