Description  Matthew said that he will install new water supply pipes to my house on the following afternoon and needed cash upfront to pay for supplies. He did not show up and after three days I asked him to return my money. Three weeks later he has still not paid me back my money.

Feedback  Matthew is a thief. Do not make use of him and do not trust him to come into your property.
