Feedback  Maxwell did some renovations of my house such as flooring as well as tiling and he did an excellent job. A friend of mine referred him, he used to have a construction company and Maxwell used to do some work for him. Upon engaging him, he came on time and did a very good job. His pricing was affordable and I was happy with what I had to pay for because the quality of his work was good. After completion of his work, he did follow up on me to check if all was in order and I did not have any issues.

Description  Painting, roofing & building work

Feedback  Maxwell did the painting as well as some roofing and the actual building work for my 2 properties and I was happy with his work. He did a good job and I was quite satisfied with his work. I saw him doing some building work elsewhere while I was doing my own research and I was impressed with it. I started talking to him and then I decided to hire him for the job. Upon engaging him, he was were quick to respond and he had all the relevant equipment that needed to be used for the job which I really liked about them. He came along with his colleagues for assistance as the project was quite big and it needed some manpower and they worked well as a team. They were quite resourceful and they also knew where to get all the materials. Their communication skills were great. They were also quite respectful and did a perfect job.

Description  Building work

Feedback  Maxwell did the building work at a clinic and I was happy with it. It was quite a big project and he did all the work well. He knows what he is doing and he is good at what he does. Someone referred him and upon engaging him, he was quick to respond and came on time with his transport. During the course of the project, he and his colleagues worked well as a team. They had all the appropriate tools and types of equipment that needed to be used for the job. Their pricing was affordable and I just paid them as per the agreement of the work they did. They do their work perfectly therefore I have already been referring people to them because whenever they see the work that they did they always ask.
