Feedback  Mbongeni is an excellent builder whom I have hired several times and I have always been happy to work with. He has helped me with extension at my house. He had someone to help with plumbing and as for electricity, he did that himself. He was always on time for his duty and when the work is done it's permanent. I highly recommend his services.

Description  He was tasked with fixing a sagging roof, replacing the plastic waterproofing under the tiles, replacing the tiles and painting the tiles that were replaced.

Feedback  He is very quick. Unfortunately the workmanship is very sloppy. Tiles were not aligned in their rows (as they were before), the roof paint was applied without prior cleaning of tiles (previous contractors used pressure washers), the paintwork is all over the wall where it shouldn’t be which means I have to repaint. Some wall paint was damaged as well as a gutter. If speed is the only requirement, I can highly recommend him.

Description  I had a small job; the wooden beam holding some roof facia had rotted and the facia fell off. Mbongeni answered my request for a quotation within minutes; made and appointment for same day; came, reviewed what needed to be done; quoted and at 15.00 suggested he could do the job "today" if I wanted. By 16.15 he had collected material and completed the job.

Feedback  I would say that the only improvement you could make would be to communicate delays more. At one point you said you were 10 minutes away, but took about 40 minutes to arrive. Other than that everything was excellent.

Description  Building services

Feedback  Mbongeni helped me with building my house and garage. He did a great job. He presented me with a reasonable quotation for the whole service which I was happy with. After doing his work he carried the rubble and threw them away. The place was left tidy. I have recommended his services to my sister and I believe he is doing some work there.

Feedback  I have used him to help me with building and painting my firewall. The work was perfectly done and I don't have any query about his services. He provided me with a reasonable charge for the service he provided. I highly recommend his services. If I happen to have any work he us the person I would warn to use.

Description  He fixed the roof which was caved in and leaking. He also put in the ceiling for the whole house.
