Feedback  I have used Michael's services at my house. He does wonderful work for me. He has done waterproofing and since then I haven't had any leaking problems. He has also put shower walls since the ones I had were getting damp. I am happy with his work. Most of the time I would not be home whilst he is doing his work. Michael does his work neatly. I like that he does not mind price negotiations. I would recommend his services.

Feedback  Michael came with his team to lay a concrete floor my my patio. His team got to work to clear the area and within days had the floor set. I've chosen to use him on other areas of my house. He is now renovating the kitchen area doing the plumbing and electrical work.

Description  Waterproofing services

Feedback  Michael has provided waterproofing services at my house in Soweto. I was impressed with his work and then I took him to North West to do the waterproofing for my club. He is punctual and cleans after himself. His charges are affordable. I would recommend his services.

Waterproofer

Description  He sealed the tile roof and the corrugated zink roof. He also did some painting and sealing of exterior walls.

Feedback  Mike was clearly running more than one job. He was never there to supervise his team. His team was largely left without material and had no tools. A 5 day job turned into a 5 week job with a lot of unpleasantness as Mike just never took matters seriously. I was very disappointed.
