Feedback  Michelle was very helpful curteous and polite. Her support system STINKS they were absolute liars and did not care for the customer or his needs . I do not know them , but absolutely HATE their attitude. I will definitely not use or recommend their service.. 7 months later I still do not have all my goods as listed.

Feedback  If you want your already stressful moving day to get worse, hire Artpink. The moving truck was 6 hours late (you heard that correctly) forcing us to work into the night. This was due to a double booking by a very incompetent admin assistant. Furthermore the owner of the company, Michelle, is incredibly rude. After we paid the deposit she berated us for not making it instant (which would have cost us more). Then once the delivery truck finally arrived at our new home she instructed the crew not to offload our goods until we paid the rest of the fee. This after very poor service delivery. She still decided to hold us hostage. Her poor crew were disheartened as well since they had to work overtime (without pay, food or drink). I would recommend anyone other than Artpink. P.S. They later followed up on this complaint and berated my wife for not understanding. I'm beginning to think this company does not know the first thing about how to run a business or about customer relations.

Feedback  All furniture was bubble wrapped and arrived in good condition. Michelle was an excellent communicator. She always got back to me promptly and arranged my quote quickly and painlessly. Our only quibble was that the driver did not have a reliable navigation system and we had to try and direct him through territory that was unfamiliar to us.

Description  She helped with the quote and helped to get all the guys in order with the move and packing.

Description  Moved office furniture from office to our house.

Feedback  Workmanship. There was a driver and an assistant. The driver was good but the assistant was not at all. They were slow. We were promised 3 helpers but they said due to our time change they only had 1 driver and 1 assistant. The job took time.

Description  I had piles of garden refuse stacked behind the yard. There were mosquitoes starting to breed there so I called in for assistance. They came and removed everything. All that rubble leaving the place clean and free of mosquitoes.

Feedback  She is an organised young woman who makes sure that things are done neatly and accordingly. When they were done cleaning the place looked spotless as if it wasn't a dump before.

Description  Everything I asked for. Was a last minute choice to use a moving company and she, and her team, were amazing!
