Feedback  Milton did a lot of things for me which includes fitting cameras, setting up a computer system for my shop. He also installed a camera in which I can view everything from my shop even from my phone. Despite the fact that a lot of people are resistant to technology Milton is very patient to teach and explain to you how these things work. He also does follow-ups to check if everything is still working accordingly, hence I can say he is professional. He is good in terms of communication because at times he will be delayed with other service providers but Milton always updates you. He is somebody who is hands-on, even if he has helpers major things he does himself. He is very reliable that sometimes when there is a shortage of things he needed to use he could buy and I would reimburse him. I highly recommend Milton.

Description  Installation of cameras and intercom

Feedback  We were contracted to do some job in schools, our package included some IT work thus when we subcontracted Milton. He installed some cameras and intercom for more than 3 schools in KZN. His work was good and we decided that he must do it for our office too. For our office, some cameras and fingerprints points were installed. In addition, remote server and work from home systems were also installed for our office. The things are so user friendly and Milton patiently takes you through the system to understand. One thing I realized concerning these IT things, it's best to let him buy the stuff as he knows his suppliers and it will be fast. The first time I used him I thought I could buy on my own and it was time-consuming as some of the things were not found here in KZN and they had to be bought in Joburg. This made the job take longer. The second time I gave him money and he bought it and it was so smooth and on time. One more thing I liked about Milton is his affordability, for the same job when we got another quotation there was R60000 difference from Milton's price and I opted for Milton and he did a very good job. I highly recommend him.

Description  System programming

Feedback  Milton is my man to go when it comes to IT solutions. All my cameras, printers, and computers were programmed by him at my workplace. He didn't need to be managed at all. He educated me on the system he installed, when you ask he can answer you and when you don't understand he can come to you. He has never disappointed me. His communication skills are excellent. I highly recommend him.
