Description  He did some work in the garden braai/firepit area. He did some landscaping, plant removal, leveling of the are and paving.

Feedback  Im really happy with the work he did for me. I think the tidiness of the work could have been much better but overall i'm happy. The only thing i would suggest to him is that he needs to be on site more often due to me and the guys that work for him had a communication barrier, but every time he came on site we sorted it out. I will definitely recommend him to other people who are in need of his services.

Feedback  The job was satisfactory. The only thing I wasn't so happy about is that some of the paint is all over my balcony and it looks a bit untidy. But overall he showed good workmanship.

Feedback  Reliable, got on with the job. I'm probably a bit too much of a perfectionist - I thought one or two things were a little untidy, but I can't fault his effort. He certainly went above and beyond trying to source the correct matching countertop. I would have preferred if he'd asked me for items that may have been required to clean paintbrushes, and how to leave stuff, which I'm fussy about. I felt some of my painting equipment was left a bit messy. In other words, I would have preferred if he'd communicated a bit better.

He also went out of his way to buy the materials to fix a plumbing issue related to my washing machine. His communication was good and kept me up to date with the progress of the work while I was at work. I'm happy with the outcome and will definitely be using him again!

You know that you pay for what you have asked for. He even gives you a chance to inspect his work before leaving and he is more than happy to make what ever changes you ask of him at no additional cost. He respects his job, his team and his clients.

Feedback  He is professional, hardworking and he knows how to control his employees. They never arrived late for work and they covered the floor to secure my tiles from paint and daily the cleaned up as if they were never there to begin with. I actually felt I could trust him and based on that I left him with his team in my house and they would lock up and leave the key where i asked them to. I believe his pricing was fair. They actually would have even finished sooner however I delayed them cause I did not have all the material at the time they started work. I would certainly recommend him to other home owners.

Description  He helped me renovate my house, He patched cracks on the walls and painted the walls.

Feedback  Given the fact that we were in a hurry for the project to be complete and it was very detailed, Mishek and his team worked as a team and they made my house look very beautiful. His work was very neat and excellent. He and his team arrive prior to the agreed time to start work everyday and due to that they were never late. We left him and his team in our house whilst we were at work and we never had issues of anything going missing in the house. My husband and I sourced for many quotes and his was the most affordable one and I am happy we chose him cause he is good at his work and takes pride in it.

Description  He closed the balcony for me and moved the sliding door forward. He installed a new toilet, painting and wallpaper.

Feedback  He is a professional guy and he kept his appointments. He took longer with the project as I had to trouble and didn't want anybody working in the house in my absence. But when I returned he was ready to proceed with the project again. I'm a really stiff negotiator and he was open to the discussion around pricing which I found very accommodating and in the end We were both happy and I paid a good price.

Feedback  They are a bunch of great guys, I think they were even sleeping on the premises so they can start work early as when i arrive at 5am I would find them working already. They have transformed my office tremendously. I wish i had before and after pictures to post so the world can see their work. They are a dedicated bunch and they take pride in their work. I am even ashamed that I paid them what I did cause they deserved more than what they invoiced me. I highly recommend them.

Feedback  He is a very good and honest guy, he communicates when he has challenges. He has been late a few times but that was due to reasonable explanations. With all the quotes that we have received in the past his quotes are always the most affordable, at times I feel like he charges below market relates rates. That however does not hinder the good standard of his work. A bonus is that he is very clean.
