Feedback  Julius did some rubble removal work for me and l am happy with how he worked. l never had any issues with him, l was satisfied with his service.

Cost  R60.00 m2 + R200.00 for screed

Description  Julius agreed to tile the floor and wall of maids quarters at my home. In addition, he was asked to screed the shower floor and tile with mosaic.

Feedback  Julius brought 3 people with him to the job but did not bring a tile cutter to cut 600 x 600mm tiles. When I asked him about the tile cutter he indicated that he forgot to bring the tile cutter and he will go and fetch it. After about 15 mins, they started mixing riversand and cement but Julius did not leave to fetch the tile cutter. I was concerned and asked him to fetch the tile cutter. All 4 of them left to fetch the tile cutter and never returned. Julius cannot speak English at a level to understand what he is saying or thinking neither does he understand when spoken to. He has a person named Nicholas who speaks and translates for him. Nichokas is well spoken and has the gift of the gag but cannot make decisions. Nicholas also indicated that he is the tiler but that was not evident on site as the 2 very young boys were measuring and advising Julius and Nicholas about the job. Their car leaks oil and is very scrappy looking. They came much later than agreed.
