Description  Maxwell welded the bottom hinge of a heavy gate, tightened the bolt of the middle hinge and the gate was put up again and functional.

Feedback  Maxwell kindly made himself available to work 'after hours' and on a Saturday. The 'maps' app did not help to find the address so Maxwell arrived with 20 minutes left before load shedding - he and his assistant quickly got on with the work and were able to complete the welding within the time left. Maxwell's attitude is one of service and prompt listening - well done. Time did not allow for a pre-assessment of the whole situation - such is life when electricity is a crucial element and not always available - but it was available.
