Description  Renovations of my home, tiling painting, full bathroom renovations and bedrooms cupboards

Feedback  Project is late, hasn’t been delivered to completion. There quite many fixes I had to point out for her to fix, they are still not done right. She didn’t manage the overall delivery of the project, I had to step in on a number of occasions. She is not trustworthy, she was also unprofessional in handling the issues pointed out. The tiling has issues, the plumbing had issues, the cupboards were not installed according to agreed designs. Her workers have a horrible attitude, they behaved as if they were doing me favors. The plumber constantly complained to me about his work, MPHO was not present to facilitate the order of how things should be done. The carpenters had other work priotized over mine and they told me this, so I had to be inconvenienced by them when I gave them ample time to complete the work. My stove plug was damaged, my light switch was damaged, my extension cable stolen. All of this because MPHO was nowhere to be found. I believe I was overcharged for the mediocre service and work I received and would like my money back. MPHO has resorted to ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages, and I had to manage the fixes at my home, when I payed her to do this, which they still haven’t resolved. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I made sure I had all material, monies paid and proper access to the property only to get such service

She sticks to her promise and I do not have any negative comments regarding her work. I can recommend her services.
