Description  Tried to fix a window for me.

Feedback  WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!! He originally Quoted me R1500 which I thought was great. However, Instead of repairing the window properly with wood he just used wood filler. He wanted the full amount once he was done, but luckily I only paid him R500. He said he would come back and finish the job properly, but he never called me back. And still hasn’t come. I would never use his services again.

Description  Replaced a water damaged kitchen sink cupboard

Feedback  Ndanduleni (Given) did an average job. He replaced the cupboards but what I did not like was the following: Punctuality - On two occasions, the job had to be postponed due to his team not being able to arrive on time. Pricing - His team visited the site and took measurements. He then provided me with a quote. I then gave him the go ahead. Subsequently, he amended the quote and increased it by R400 saying his material would now cost more and he did not price correctly. After the job, I requested the material receipt, however the receipt he provided me did not agree to his quote for materials Material used - He used a slightly different colour wood. This was not communicated to me up front. They just arrived with it. Workmanship - There was a door hinge that needed repairing, it was not fixed correctly and broke again immediately after, They had to come in again to rectify it. The door panel used was scraped at the top. I had an issue with them wanting to re-use some of the existing cupboard material when I indicated to them upfront after the 1st quotation visit that I had wanted all new material for the replacement cupboard as the old wood was water damaged.
