Feedback  We have subcontracted Shanda construction on several projects in which one of them we were converting an old hospital building to a residential flat and they did all the floor and wall ceramic tiling. They also did bricklaying at a house that we were building. Their work is professionally done and it is of good quality. Their charges are market-related which is one the reasons why we chose them. I can highly recommend their services to other people.

Feedback  Shanda construction helped me with several renovations in my house. They painted the interior and exterior walls of my house. They had to demolish some cupboards so that they can paint well. They reinstalled tiles in my bathroom and did some plumbing installations. There are no comebacks on their work and I have no complaints as well. I can recommend them to anyone.

Feedback  I worked with him on a project where there was an upgrade to the ablution of Gauteng. He was doing all the brickwork as well as the plumbing. He was very professional in his way of work. I never had any issues with him and his price was reasonably average. He cleaned up after his work and I was impressed with the service that he delivered to me.
