Noel is someone who is trustworthy and offers reasonable price because I have compared his prices with the other guys, and I took him because of his affordability. One thing I also love about him is he follows instructions and good at his work. He was never late always on time though he didn't have his own transport,but after working he makes sure he leaves the place clean and I didn't have to do the cleaning since he had done everything.
