Obey Begedhe

Description  He does maintenance in our houses, whenever tenants move out he comes and fix the walls that have any damage and does painting.

Feedback  I've used him for many times and I'm still going to continue using him. He is very diligent and he knows what he is doing although he is a bit slow he does the job right. He cleans after his mess. I'm satisfied with him and I can highly recommend him.

Description  Obey has done building work for me for the past 8 years on projects ranging from contemporary design, to restoration of heritage buildings. He is currently renovating a property for me in the Randburg area. I have absolutely no hesitation in endorsing Obey as a capable builder who is absolutely trustworthy and hardworking. His rates are very fair, and he can either quote per day, or per task. He has done major structural brickwork, including finishing details, brickwork, screeds, removing and replacing windows, doors and french or sliding doors, and doing minor work such as relocating plumbing, and repairing ceilings.

Feedback  I have appreciated the fact that Obey is self managing needing only occasional site management visits.
