She first emailed me confirming the arrival time and the only thing I did on the particular day of the job was to confirm their appointment and she confirmed it the same way she had put it in the email. I actually ended up giving them a hand not because they could not finish but all because of her sweetness and great character. All went on well and I have nothing bad to mention about them.
