Description  Patrick has done work in almost every part of our house. - He was able to waterproof and repaint 3 of our bedrooms. The one room had been waterproofed by previous private companies twice and still leaked. He managed to fix that by building a slope on the roof and using special rubber waterproofing which lasts at least 10 years +. - He fixed our one bathroom/bathtub which was sinking. - He did waterproofing for our back porch. - He repaired and replaced a burst waterpipe which was previously botched by a plumbing company. - We had an extra geyser for the master bedroom which was costing too much so he re-did the piping so it could be turned off and water supply taken from the main geyser which had more than enough capacity for our needs. - We wanted our swimming pool filled-in/removed for child safety reasons which he did - it is now transformed into a beautiful garden where the kids can play. - He is currently busy renovating our cottage at the back from scratch - roofing, waterproofing, walls, floors, plumbing, installing doors, windows, plug points etc.

Feedback  Honestly at this point, I don't know what we would do without Patrick. He is just so exceptional. He is so hard-working and absolutely meticulous. He works to perfection and is always kind enough to explain exactly what how and what needs to be done so that we understand everything. He is extremely trustworthy, kind and phenomenal and his prices are really really good. I won't use any other handyman from now on - Patrick is the man!
