Feedback  When I bought my new house the previous owner didn't take care of the poor, it had cracks, the water was drained out, the color blue has turned to brown, it wasn't looking good thus when I hired Paul to fix the mess. He renovated the pool, we went together to buy the things he needed and the job started. After renovating it, he filled it with water and he still comes every Friday to maintain. He is very reliable, when he can't make it he makes arrangements to compensate the days, sometimes he comes on a Thursday but after communicating. Paul never disappoints he is very passionate about his work, always on time. He is not after money but loves what he does. He can work without being managed, very trustworthy, most of the time we leave the keys for him and we have never missed anything in our absence. I highly recommend Paul.

Feedback  Paul rebuilt my pool using fiberglass about two years ago. The punctuality was good. Now the pool floor has bubbles, so I am not really sure if they have done a good job because the pool can't have bubbles after two years. I wouldn't say they were tidy either, for I had to clean afterward.

Description  He was required to repair the pool pump and clean the pool

Feedback  The work scheduled was for three days at a cost of R 1 800, the work ended up taking over a week and R 4 000 (total) and I still had problems with the power supply after a new pool pump had to be installed, the pool is still dirty due to being able to be cleaned properly after the electricity problems developed. I still do not have a receipt for the new pool pump either.

Description  He was the contractor tasked with managing the extension of my house

Feedback  After the extension my roof was leaking. There were obvious cracks where the extension was - no provision for expansion joints. He didn't finish the job. There was no tidying up done. The flooring was not level. The plumbing had to be redone.

Feedback  So far i haven't had any issues with him. He waterproofed my house and he'll be doing more work for me as there are other renovations i'd like for him to do for me.

Feedback  We didn't get time to speak much but from what i've gathered he seems like a good guy. In terms of his work, Paul is exceptional. He build a two story house for me and i'm happy.

Feedback  He did alot of work for me and i still need him to do some more, that's how great his work is. He Painted my house, filled some patches around the house, did my whole house' electricity...it's quite alot and i'm happy so far. i've had alot of contractors do work at my place and he is the best.

Feedback  Paul is a very calm person and listens to his customers and he delivers. I am happy with the work he does.

Description  Paul renovated my whole house for me. Build rooms, plastered and painted them.

Feedback  Absolutely great guy to work with, very professional and reliable too. He did a big project for me and i was satisfied with the work he did for me. There's in fact more work he's going to do for me.

Cost  Around R1100 per month.

Description  Paul comes to our home once a week and makes sure that our pool is on good working order and that it stays blue.
