Description  He was installing the kitchen cupboards, and built in cupboards in two bedrooms. Cabinets in the bathroom. I'm totally unhappy with his work. He doesn't make standard measurements for the doors. They are too big. You look at the size of the rooms them make your measurements accordingly. At first he agreed that he will fix everything, i told him that i needed a tiler for the kitchen and bathroom walls. Even if i speak to him pointing at mistakes he will not fix them. When I told him I was going to report him to you, he was very cheecky he told me to go ahead and do it he doesn't care. I don't think that he understands what customer service / satisfaction is. Gave him the keys for my house as it is a new development my key was changed and the key holder changed as well. When he gave it back it was an old key with a different key holder. He wants to tarnish your company's image

Feedback  He has to think outside the box. He has to familiarize himself with new trends. If he is not sure about something he has to ask. Change of attitude he has a bad attitude.. He also told me that he could do tilling. He used someone who damaged my mosaic in the kitchen. I will have to redo it. And also the plumber who damaged the inside of my sink. My cupboard has mould i will have to fix that as well.. Overcharged me R1900 to tile a 23sqm bathroom and 5sqm kitchen wall my house is smalI discovered after that tilers in the complex are charging R800 to tile the bathroom and kitchen walls. Further charged me R1300 for the plumber. He is very untidy he didnt cover my stove, bath and sink there was dust everywhere. He is greedy he wants to be rich overnight.
