Description  She did the tiling on a large outside balcony, about half the size of a soccer field. They also did the waterproofing on the sides. I take care of the building, but they've also done some work for a couple of flats in the building.

Feedback  They are good people. They don't bring complaints and I never had problems with absenteeism. She kept the place tidy even though they were sharing their work space with other sub contractors. They would negotiate when I felt the pricing was too high. They needed supervision every now and then, but not too much. I've given 4 stars because no-one can be perfect.

Description  Painting external walls for a complex and constructing palisade fencing.

Feedback  Phindile is a hard working person, she is very reliable and easy to work with. Always punctual and manages her workers very well. Very tidy and neat in all aspects.

Description  Prepared walls and painted all the wall in an apartment.

Feedback  She is doing a good work, recommend them to provide labour only not supplying of materials because they are still a small growing company. Phindle is very trustworthy, punctual and tidy

Description  She painted the doors and windows in the apartment.

Feedback  Phindle is outstanding! Always punctual. She is a good lady that manages her people well. She communicates well with clients. She worked on the windows and doors and kept it tidy. She worked on a 9 month project, but finished in 3 months!

Description  I sub contracted her to do external painting of a 200sqaure meter wall.

Feedback  I worked with Phindile in one project. She is a good person though l cannot say much about her because it was my first time to work with her. I might consider working with her in future.
