Feedback  I contracted Raymond for 6 months and during those times he proved to be a reliable and hardworking guy. He did some renovations at our guesthouse, painting, and waterproofing. He can work autonomously without any supervision. All the jobs were completed within the agreed timeframe as he was always on time. He had good working relations with others even with his team. What a professional guy he is, and I highly recommend him.

Description  Guesthouse maintenance

Feedback  As a guesthouse the presentation of our place matters most both inside and outside, Raymond was our guy for the outside maintenance. Basically, he was doing the gardening service making sure the flowers are well maintained and helping out cleaning our balcony. He was an all-round guy in other words because he also maintained our pool, painting, and fixing all electrical faults. He is an easy go person who gets along with everyone at the workplace. He is somebody who is loyal and attentive to instruction and does exactly what you tell him to do, he doesn't need to be supervised. I could compile a list of what he must do for the day and he exceeded my expectations for the day. Wherever they were a need of a hand Raymond always featured, be it helping out guests to offload their bags. He is very trustworthy considering that sometimes we asked him to work on rooms but we never had a report of theft or anything strange about him. His work is good therefore I recommend him.

Description  Interior painting

Feedback  Raymond painted my house both the interior and exterior. He is very neat. He is somebody who is trustworthy to the extent that when he was painting my house I could leave the keys for him as no one was at home. I was impressed with his trustworthiness, when he was painting the interior of my house I forgot some money in my drawer but when I came back he didn't touch anything it was as I left it. This also motivated my friends who also hired him to do the job. The other reason why my friends also hired him is that Raymond is very affordable compared to other painters in the area. He is also committed to one job at a time, he only takes another offer once he is done with the first one. He was working with only one extra guy as I asked him that I didn't want many people at my house and he honored my request, I respect him for that. I have nothing to complain about Raymond and I highly recommend him.
