Feedback  He had his guys here doing the work, was not present. Upon inspection i complained of the hardware door installed thats Hanging and cut, rubber falling off. Which i paid R8850 on the quote for a custom made aluminum door. What i received and installed was appalling. I paid the balance of R4600 owed to him, in good faith as promised that it will be replaced and that work is unacceptable. Its a year now and every time i contact Charl, he has a financial situation and will sort it out as soon as he has money. I am very disappointed and i will not use him again. The only thing they have done properly was install drainage and the jojo tank overflow. The cheap door that they put in my home looks disgusting to look at. Bad workmanship and not reliable. Will not use this builder again or recommend.

Description  Extended the hole one side of house. Roof, kitchen, bathrooms, rooms all extended. +- 200m2 extension. Professional, problem solving and innovative team. Highly recommend.

Feedback  Guys know what they doing. Even rectified the design fault that was on Drawings. Gave maintenance ideas for us to keep in mind to prolong the items that was used. Had a storm one night and guys came out to project to close up the work to be able to carry on the next day. A service that a person cant believe.

Feedback  He has been doing various maintenance work in the various complexes/commercial building for the past year. The feedback is always positive and our Trustees are happy. He is affordable and has a hardworking team. We will continue to make use of his services and I do recommend him.

Feedback  He built/renovated the kitchen and I am happy with it. He also helped us with the security system. We have not had any problems wit it so far. He is good with what he does.

Feedback  He fixed pipes in my house which had been giving us problems for a while. Its been a while since he did the job but everything still works perfectly. He is well equipped, skilled and he knows his way around. I do recommend his services.
