Description  He replaced the gas in old fridge freezer.

Feedback  He identified the problem initially and set to work re -gassing the fridge freezer. It took less than an hour. He declined to specify the cost of the job initially and insisted on a cash payment despite the fact we had indicated preferred payment by EFT. This necessitated a car journey to 2 ATMs (first out of order) in order to get the requisite cash. This proved to be an irritation and a disruption to my working day having specified payment by EFT. It is strongly suggested that Kandua advise their work force/ independent workmen/women that payment will be made by EFT when this is indicated as the preferred method of payment!
