Feedback  Rony was on time and responded quickly. The issue I have with him is how untrustworthy he is. He overcharged me on the items he bought e.g. I asked him how much will the brackets cost he said it won't be less than R400, than he goes and buys a bracket of R130. My husband called to let him know we are aware of him overcharging us and he was rude. Than he goes on to say he charges 350 for call out fee, but indicated R200 on Kandua website Use him at your own risk. We wasted our R1500 on a dishonest guy.

Feedback  We contracted Rony to tighten the rails, and fix some bathroom tiles and locks for the doors in our apartment. The door was the main issue. Rony fixed everything besides the poor and then demanded full payment. Whn I raised m concerns he started negotiating the amount but it was still different from the initial quote from Knadua. We had a back and forth argument till I eventually paid. I found him untrustworthy and would not recommend him!

Description  Made and installed a custom 2m x 0.5m cupboard. Also tightened up a screw in an existing cupboard and replace a broken plastic support.

Feedback  The custom cupboard met all of my expectations and was of good quality. The additional request to fix my existing cupboard was extremely overcharged. Costing an additional R1500 for a screw and a single plastic support with only 3 out of the 4 screws it requires. This request was made before the quote and was charged extra afterwards on top of the quoted amount which should have included this work.

Rony can be trusted because l left him working alone and on my return, everything was under control, nothing was stolen. I am satisfied with his work and l can refer him to others.
