He was supposed to put the caps on the inside and seal them as well as on the outside I gave him the money to buy the materials and I noticed that the materials were not new that was my problem. I informed Roy and still the issue was not resolved I was not happy at all the service was horrible and his attitude was not pleasant.

Feedback  I am not happy. He damaged the front part of my unit. They put the speaker on the front of the air conditioner, and cleaned the front piece of the unit using handy andy thereby removing shininess. Their pricing was average, and they cleaned up after themselves.
