Description  Rueben investigated water leaking into my house and tried to resolve the issue.

Feedback  He didn't seem to have much knowledge of the problem although it was construction related. He attempted to resolve the issue, did a very hasty job and needed to be told to clean up. The work done to resolve the issue didn't sort the problem. I contacted him to come back, he said he would and never showed up.
